Leadzy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), Leadzy will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Leadzy service.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content made available on or through Leadzy infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send a written notice of copyright infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Your notice must include the following information (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL on leadzy.org).
- Contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification
If material that you posted has been removed as a result of a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, the US District Court for the District of Delaware).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Leadzy will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
5. False Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Do not submit a DMCA notice unless you are certain your copyright has been infringed.
