These Terms govern your use of Leadzy. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Leadzy is a B2B prospecting platform: business search, email enrichment, AI email writing, automated sequences, and autopilot prospecting.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information
You are responsible for your account security
You must be 18+ to use the service
One person per account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: send spam or harassing messages; violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or privacy laws; bypass rate limits or security; use the service for illegal purposes; impersonate others.

4. Email Outreach Responsibility

You are the sender. You are responsible for ensuring your emails comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable laws. We may suspend accounts with excessive bounces or spam complaints.

5. Plans & Billing

Starter: $0 — 50 prospects/mo
Growth: $49/mo — 5,000 prospects/mo
Pro: $149/mo — Unlimited
Cancel anytime, access until end of billing period
No refunds for partial periods

6. Data Ownership

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. AI-generated content is provided as-is — review before sending.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for data accuracy, email deliverability, or AI content. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

Delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Data is deleted within 24 hours.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
